BA requires a Sales/ Business Development Manager to service the French Market

BA is a Irish based biotechnology company involved in the manufacture of natural nutraceutical products from seaweeds with proven health benefits for plant, animal and human applications. Since 2004, BA has established and developed markets for its plant biostimulant products in 24 countries across Europe, The Middle East, South America and Asia. The clear focus of the company is to continuously develop new markets, while ensuring repeat business from existing customers. This demands an unrelenting emphasis on premium quality products, conclusive technical data and flawless customer service. As part of its continued expansion we now wish to identify a Sales/Business Development Manager for France and French speaking regions in Africa

This position is responsible for:

• Develop short and long term strategies for BA plant nutrition products
  
• Build relationships with key customers so as to understand their agronomic problems.
• Liaise with customers to identify product needs and transmit this to the BA formulation team with the ultimate goal of satisfying the customer requirements.

Required Qualifications:

The successful candidate will require the following attributes:

• Education: Required: B.S. degree in Plant Nutrition or
• 3 to 5 years sales and marketing experience in Agriculture.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Wide experience of agricultural crops and products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated individual with ability to work on their own or part of a team.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong ethical standards and professionalism.

Job Location:

• Based in Ireland or France but willing to travel throughout France and French speaking areas in Africa.

3 children – a little girl aged 1yr & 2 months, a boy 3.5yrs, a boy 5yrs. Children will be attending school from 9am – 3pm. Will need to drive to and pick up-from school. Give afternoon tea and look after them in afternoon. Hours approx 53 per week. Pay +-$330 pw. Looking for someone that is positive, energetic, kind, creative, responsible and not a party goer.

2. Family de Fombelle: start date around 14/2/11

2 children – 2 boys aged 2yrs 4months & 1 yr. Full care of two boys during day. Hours approx 40 hours p.w. Pay +-250p.w. Looking for calm and confident person – who loves children is outgoing and can drive a manual car is neat & tidy.

3. Family  Martin, to start asap, either short term or long term

Mother has just had 3^rd baby a little girl.

3 children girl of 4yrs, boy of 2yrd and baby girl a week. Looking after the older children driving to and from kindergarten and childcare, swimming lessons, ballet, getting children ready , preparing breakfast and  lunches for children. Tidying & clean up  after children. Hours 30 per week. Pay $200 per week. Looking for someone that speaks a good English, is  responsible, caring, enthusiastic & fun. Job Description

We are looking for a self motivated driven Junior Office assistant to support a very busy nanny/aupair agency office. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills and be extremely organized. The role can be demanding and requires someone who is able to multitask and work unsupervised at times. The role covers all aspects of Business and Personal support to the director and the other employees (diary and travel management, administrative support, interview support) plus general office management and administration for the company (supplies, file keeping, scanning, reference checking, reception work, database management, dealing with 3rd party suppliers such as office building work etc).

This is a fantastic opportunity for a young, dynamic and enthusiastic candidate with proven experience as a PA and office administrator/support. It is essential that the candidate is passionate about working in the recruitment industry and ideally the candidate will have experience working within the industry or related industry. The role is critical to the success of the company and the candidate will be fully involved in the everyday running and support of the company. We are a small team of 7 people in total but the office is very busy. Its essential that you are motivated, well spoken and have an excellent and upbeat attitude. •     Walking the office dogs 1-2 times per day locally

•     Scanning and Filing of all documents and maintenance records

•     Ensuring there is fresh fruit and flowers in the office daily

•     Running errands to shop/travel agencies/post office etc

•     Ensuring office is clean/rubbish emptied, keep cupboards tidy.

•     Maintenance of website, liaising with the other team member– updating information daily with job specs etc
